'R.I.P. 2 My Youth' by The Neighbourhood.

I. AM. SO. EXCITED. ABOUT. THEIR. NEW. MUSIC!!

I've loved them for so long now I can't remember what my life was before them. They're something different indeed. And I, just like Jesse Rutherford, keep asking Universe one simple question. Why don't they get enough credit for their music?! I mean, yes, they're not exactly role models parents want for their children or anything...But their music is GOOD. Their lyrics are AMAZING. They're truthful, genuine, and even poetic! There are a lot of people in the industry who don't have any sense in their songs or have ridiculously stupid lyrics. Yet they are still considered to be musicians and even win awards. This fact pisses me off. I know every fan will say this about their idol, and I'm not trying to offend other fandoms. Just saying...In my opinion, The Neighborhood are very underestimated. They deserve much more credit for everything they do music-wise. I know they have a great fan base and all in all doing good...But still, the fact that they don't get to be as big as other much less talented people upsets me. On the other hand, we all can just keep them to ourselves and enjoy them before they blow up (and I'm sure they will at some point) into huge music stars and become just like anybody else. I guess their non-hugeness is a good thing in some way as well...

ANYWAY. I loved this song and the music video. Jesse looks extremely attractive, may I say... The song itself is probably one of my favorite releases this year. It speaks to me. Every word is so important and appealing...ugh. The meaning of it is AWESOME and the lyrics are AWESOME. And as you can see I pretty much adore everything about this song and the band...

I've really missed them, even though their EP was released not that long ago. I'm too excited, I'm waiting for the album, and I'm pretty sure it won't disappoint me at all. I know them. I love them. And I believe in them. YOU GO, BOYS!

P.S. I actually forgot but I loved the lyric video as well. It's SO....I don't have words for it. It's amazing. See yourself...;)xx
